Il mondo è una protesi per l’anima
Si tratta di un percorso di ricongiungimento della materia con l’energia, del visibile con l’invisibile.
La prima serie è stata realizzata negli anni ‘90 e si focalizza su STRISCE pedonali e SEGNALI stradali, un lavoro sul rispetto civico verso l'altro nel contesto urbano che dà origine alla performance L’ingorgo nell’ingorgo.
La serie successiva, costituita da opere invisibili o sovrapposte, si presenta nel 2000 e pur non essendo traffico o spazio fa parte di questo progetto per il suo carattere ambivalente di visibile e invisibile, materiale e immateriale. OPERE NASCOSTE in scatole chiuse che occultano l’arte intesa come energia vitale.
Le serie che seguono, sviluppate dal 2003 al 2013 sono interconnesse, le opere sul TRAFFICO, massa d’asfalto urbano che inghiotte metallo e carne e i quadri sullo SPAZIO, corpo energetico dell’anima.
Successivamente negli anni dal 2012 al 2016, ho realizzato una nuova serie ispirata dalla pratica dello Yoga, anche in questo caso i lavori si dividono in due categorie interconnesse le FIGURE DI LUCE che si librano nell'aria e gli OMINI contorti a terra.
The world is a prosthesis for the soul
It is a path of reunification of matter with energy, of the visible with the invisible.
The first series was created in the 1990s and focuses on pedestrian STRIPS and road SIGNS, a work on civic respect for each other in the urban context which then gives rise to the performance The traffic jam in the traffic jam.

Figure di Luce
Le Figure di luce o Celesti sono state ispirate dalla pratica dello Yoga kundalini. Principalmente si tratta di visualizzazioni avute durante lo svolgimento degli esercizi, durante il rilassamento profondo o in fase di meditazione.

Figures of Light
The Light or Celestial Figures were inspired by the practice of kundalini Yoga. Mainly these are visualizations during exercise, during deep relaxation or during meditation.

SPACE PAINTIGS
Le figure nello spazio possono essere considerate emozioni auto-descrittive di uno stato d'animo interiore. Il punto di partenza di questi dipinti è nato da una sensazione di smarrimento, il corpo galleggia in assenza di suono, in mancanza di colore e si disperde, l'oscurità e il vuoto si materializzano, la realtà si rivela, la luce intrinseca all'esistenza viene condotta verso l'inevitabile oscurità della vita formale. Il mondo è una protesi per l'anima.
The figures in space can be considered self-describing emotions of an inner mood. The starting point for these paintings was born from a feeling of bewilderment, the body floats in the absence of sound, in the lack of color and is dispersed, the darkness and emptiness materialize, reality is revealed, the light intrinsic to existence is conducted towards the inevitable darkness of formal life. TRAFFIC WORKS
Traffico in elevazione
Il tema del traffico si è presentato nel 1997 con la performance collettiva L'ingorgo nell'ingorgo e in seguito con una serie di installazioni e opere pittoriche, Schiavi del volante, caratterizzata da corpi percorsi da strisce di asfalto e macchine.
Le automobili riaffiorano nel 200/2005 come preziosi ritrovamenti testimoni del nostro traffico quotidiano, come una sorta di archeologia del oggi con l’utilizzo della ceramica e del legno sagomato imbottito. Le macchine sono percepite dall'alto da un corpo psichico che guarda dal futuro come sono affondate nell’asfalto e si sono fossilizzate.
Successivamente alla creazione della scultura Traffico in elevazione, le macchine hanno continuato a viaggiare verso l’alto creando traffico nelle costellazioni.
Elevated traffic
The theme of traffic presented itself in 1997 with the collective performance L'ingorgo nell' ingorgo and later with a series of installations and pictorial works, Schiavi del steering wheel, characterized by bodies covered by strips of asphalt and cars.
Cars now resurface (2002/2005) in my production as precious finds that testify to our daily traffic, as a sort of archeology of today with the use of ceramic and shaped padded wood. The machines are perceived from above by a psychic body that looks from the future as they sank into the asphalt and fossilized.
After the creation of the Traffic in elevation sculpture, the machines continued to travel upwards, creating traffic in the constellations.

I lavori di questa serie sono occultati, parzialmente celati o rimandati "spediti" nel tempo. Un’opera non visibile, sigillata per un certo numero di anni si sottrae all’analisi e al giudizio della critica contemporanea. Si sottrae alla storia e non assolve la sua funzione. Non comunica col mondo ma esiste. La sua fruizione è rimandata.

The weather of rivelation
The works in this series are concealed, partially hidden or postponed "shipped" over time. A non-visible work, sealed for a certain number of years, escapes the analysis and judgment of contemporary criticism. It escapes the story and does not fulfill its function. It does not communicate with the world but exists. Its fruition is postponed.

SIGNALS
Segnali e strisce pedonali
Circolare per la strada non è una cosa difficile: Basta seguire quel complesso di consigli e norme che regola il nostro comportamento di pedoni, di ciclisti o di piloti di un veicolo. Tali norme costituiscono il codice stradale. Sono norme ovvie, basate sul buon senso, ma spesso vi è chi le trascura per ignoranza o per incoscienza.
Questa è la definizione data dall’enciclopedia Conoscere ieri oggi e domani del 1974 sulla circolazione stradale.
Col desiderio di camminare tranquillamente nella mia città nel 1995/96 ho iniziato a raffigurare l’aggressività e il pericolo vissuto dalle persone sulla strada, creando una serie di lavori multimediali denominata Schiavi del volante che puoi trovare sul sito Story (Un artista qualunque).
Signs and crosswalks
Getting around the street is not a difficult thing: Just follow the complex of tips and regulations that govern our behavior as pedestrians, cyclists or drivers of a vehicle. These rules constitute the highway code. They are obvious norms, based on common sense, but often there are those who neglect them out of ignorance or unconsciousness.

With the desire to walk quietly in my city in 1995/96 I began to depict the aggressiveness and danger experienced by people on the street, creating a series of multimedia works called Slaves of the steering wheel that you can find on the Story website (Any artist).
